Patrice Russell is the Vice President of Marketing for Brookfield Properties, a leading global commercial real estate firm that develops and operates premier assets in the central cores of high-growth cities. Patrice leads marketing efforts for the Los Angeles Region, including several key BP DTLA properties: Bank of America Plaza, California Market Center, Figueroa at Wilshire, 777 Tower, The Gas Company Tower, Wells Fargo Center, and EY Plaza, where Patrice is primarily responsible for marketing these assets as premier destinations to all who live, work and play in SoCal, and position them as premier Class A properties within the real estate industry. Patrice works closely with Brookfield Properties' leasing team in developing initiatives that assist with tenant retention and prospecting of new retail and office tenants. Patrice has over twenty years of experience in branding, advertising, consumer and commercial marketing, and event production. Patrice actively participates in numerous community initiatives and is currently on the Downtown Art Walk and the Downtown Breakfast Club boards. Most recently, Patrice was invited to become a founding board member of the start-up not-for-profit True Legacy Foundation (TLF). Patrice studied Marketing and Business at the Los Angeles Urban League's School of Professional Development and majored in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. Patrice advocates equality and social justice, loves the spirit of community, the arts (performance, visual, and especially music), and trekking the globe.
