Oversee and enhance the RBT onboarding process, including the development of training manuals and multimedia educational materials.Plan and conduct quarterly training sessions for RBTs across the organization.Train and support supervisors in effective training techniques and skills.Provide leadership and guidance to Lead RBTs, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.Manage the RBT renewal process and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Maintain a clinical caseload and provide direct clinical supervision, ensuring adherence to BACB and state guidelines

- Assess clients’ clinical needs based off stakeholder interviews and synthesize observational data into concrete skill deficits and skill strengths.- Develop individualized plans of care based on data collected and peer reviewed research to present to stakeholders and insurance funders.- Collaborate with other professionals from additional support fields to create a thorough clinical plan.- Prepare and conduct training with stakeholders and supervisees according to professional standards.-Present data findings to insurance funders, stakeholders, and peers with solutions to address inconsistencies in data.- Receive and implement feedback as given and deemed clinically necessary.- Complete and submit accurate, detailed clinical notes within 24 hours of clinical supervision sessions

- Conduct assessments, develop skill acquisition and behavioral modification goals, and report to stakeholders and insurance funders.- Engage stakeholders in individualized trainings to support current services.- Train and onboard new staff for assigned area including ethical responsibilities and company policies.- Provide clinical oversight, modify programs as deemed necessary, give and receive critical feedback and implement promptly.- Maximize staffing and hour utilization through managing the area master schedule for clients and staff.

- Conduct one to one therapy with children on the Autism spectrum in accordance with the clinical plan as developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).- Provide feedback to supervisor and stakeholders as to the ongoings of each session.-Collect and input data at a high rate of accuracy and reliability throughout every therapy session.- Communicate openly with the direct supervisor if an intervention given is outside of clinical scope and request additional training accordingly
