Our approach has always included financially sound solutions that are long lasting, easy to maintain, and pleasing to the users as well as owners.Our major clients are Housing Authorities, public agencies and, occasionally, private parties.Projects have ranged from whole-neighborhood renovation, child care centers, administrative/scientific/maintenace buildings, historic renovation, ADA upgrades and the occasional winery or aviary.Our expert witness services include construction defects and personal injury. We have represented law firms in the greater Sacramento Area as well as the San Francisco Bay Area. Code research, photographic documentation of site, cost estimates (for construction defect) and deposition and court appearances are a part of our services. We have represented both defense and plaintiff cases. In the cases that have gone to trial, we have prevailed.
