I like to work as a teams, to debate ideas with the perspective of improvement projects and I believe that constructive criticism is always welcome. Throughout my career, I have been developing personal skills, among which I highlight proactivity, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility and empathy for others.I have a degree in Communication and Multimedia, a specialization in Communication and Marketing and training in Digital Marketing. Currently, I'm taking an MBA in Digital Marketing. I complimented my basic education with a course in SEO, Google Ads and Google Analytics, Branding and Copywriting, among other workshops.On a day-to-day basis, these courses have proven to be an asset in the sense that they have allowed me to develop more complete and consolidated projects and also allow me to fit into specialized teams. Regarding my professional experience, I started in the sales area and later I joined the Communication and Marketing department of the Polytechnic of Leiria.In order to finish my degree, I did an internship in a communication agency where I worked as a Community Manager. After finishing, I integrated a team of designers in another company with the objective of improving communication and leveraging the sales department. With this experience, I developed my knowledge of Adobe and E-commerce.Later, I joined a communication agency where I was able to leverage the marketing department. With the experience and training I brought, I was able to create internal procedures for a better organization of work between the marketing-design-management team and, consequently, a better relationship with the clients. I was mainly responsible for creating content, managing online communities, creating campaigns, and, finally, reporting to clients. In addition, we managed website creation projects and email marketing campaigns. These projects allowed me to become even more familiar with WordPress and E-goi.Then, by choice and taste for the real estate area, I accepted the invitation to be the coordinator of a RE/MAX agency.
