Organize and facilitate various ADA accommodation arrangements for students with disabilities. Provide assessments to determine the needs of individuals with disabilities for assistive technology devices and services. Educate individuals on the use and benefits of assistive technology. Select, configure, and troubleshoot assistive technology hardware and software. Train individuals on the use of assistive technology. Advocate for the needs of individuals with disabilities in the areas of assistive technology and related services. Record and document services provided. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in assistive technology. Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff at all levels within a diverse, multi-cultural, collaborative environment. Facilitate exams and enforce all requirements and conditions associated with the exam for current students as well as outside certification testing.
