· Organize and maintain personal records, update internal database.· Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, employee handbook etc.· Start to end recruitment: placing recruitment adverts internally and externally, monitoring/selecting and short listing CV’s, telephone interviews, scheduling face to face interviews· Setting up new employees on company software, preparing starter files, carrying out inductions with staff.· Updating and organizing training schedules, running reports as per management instruction.· Other ad hoc administration (issuing social welfare letter requests, references etc)

Support all staff and managers during the OSD Baldoyle Site Closure to March 2023.Undertake 1:1 consultation with staff exiting the business, providing advice on severance payments, tax exemptions, pensions, etc. guide and support Supervisors/Managers on any employee relations issues in line with legislation, best practice and company policies to ensure consistency and fairnessEnsuring that all administrative duties required to process severance payments and all final payments to staff are complete to the highest level of accuracy.
