Curves is the leader in women's fitness. As a Curves Fitness Coach, I lead women through every gym workout. The Curves workout is a combination of strength training with cardio training followed by a stretching program. Within this short 30 minutes workout, I help women transform themselves by building more muscle mass, increasing their metabolism and burning more fat, getting their bodies in shape and creating a solid foundation for a healthier, happier and more active lifestyle.

I help people of all ages (students, professionals and elder people) to initiate themselves with the Spanish language. I specialise in helping students with mid-end term examinations, as well maintaining Spanish conversations of all kind with those people who aremoving abroad or are coming back and need to learn/continue to practise the Spanish language. My job role:1) Centre manager: responsable for opening the centre in the morning and closing it at the end of the day.2) Dealing with customers: meet and greet; check in/out; office move in and welcome; ensuring customer needs are met promptly; customer move-outs; virtual office customers.3) Running the reception: answering the phone; handing outgoing/incoming mail; processing incoming/out coming courier deliveries; handling incoming/outgoing faxes.4) Billing and payments: take payments; one times charges; credit notes and walves; preparation for monthly billing.5) Responsable for General Manager's duties during her absence. 6) Walk in inquiries, provide tours to people interested in Regus's facilities by presenting a positive first impression.7) Sales and closing: selling services: i.e. IT/ Telecoms/ Couriers; promoting the company: generating referrals from existing customers; identify upgrade opportunities.8) Dealing with suppliers queries.9) Training new staff members to learn CSR tasks.10) Other centre preparations and standards.

Provide strong secretarial and administrative support to the Nike Design Management Department. Work in synergy with a variety of contacts to maintain a smooth flow of work and communication between the design management team and the designers and Nike organization.
