DIRECTOR, SCHOLARSHIP OFFICE / UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION LIAISON Project management experience in the form of the Annual Foundation Report, production of annual endowment reports, annual Endowment Banquet, and the awarding of scholarships. Responsible for preparation and management of annual budget; compliance with donor criteria, university policies and Texas and federal laws; creation of policies and procedures for scholarship programs; grant reporting; scholarship marketing and public relations; donor stewardship; supervision of staff, event planning and volunteer board support. Also manage report creation and administrative services for the University Foundation, including expense tracking, budget updates, fundraising analysis and donor tracking. Accomplishments include the operational coordination of the university’s recent $30 million fundraising campaign, facilitation of more than 900 donor-based scholarships, university committee leadership, promotional development for procuring scholarship applicants, and annual scholarship campaign marketing.

Responsible for directing staff members and operational support for four attorneys; developing and maintaining the resource and client filing system; updating of and training for the office computing system; and coordination for all aspects of attorney support, including case management from intake through settlement, pleadings, discovery, correspondence, documentation and client contact. Operational details include management of office calendars, client ledgers, and preparation of settlement statements, attorney travel, client relations, and services involving depositions, trials and mediations.
