Project Manager of 2 x PBNI Approved Premises working within Criminal Justice and Homelessness field of service. Responsibility for management of 27 staff - social workers, project workers, administrators, Housekeepers and catering staff. Overall responsibility for all aspects of service delivery including: recruitment, management of overall budget of £1million + assisting ST with strategic objectives and roll out of new processes and systems within whole organisation, creating and implementing policy and procedure in line with current best social work practice, overseeing of all safeguarding mechanism within both services, provider of line management and clinical social work supervision, lead contact for service with relevant stakeholders and partnership agencies within criminal justice and, homelessness and funding sector, proven ability at designing and implementing complete restructure of service including writer of PID, creation of new Job Descriptions and overall changing of staff organisation and responsibilities in order to produce better outcomes for service users and more efficient running of service. The staffing restructure produced a social work team who have been awarded Northern Ireland Adult Services team of the year 2021. Retention and use of social work values and skills to continue some direct work with service users, as appropriate and role of Practice Teacher in training and assessing fitness to practice of social work students both local and international, including from USA.
