I provide comprehensive administrative support to day-to-day operations of the department ensuring the efficient recruitment processes, employee relations programs and activities and the accuracy of employee data records to all branches in the Philippines.

Generally responsible for planning, organising, administering and controlling the activities of the HR/Administrative Office with respect to personnel planning, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation, labor relations and human resource information system.
