Patty Dookram is a Sr. Strategic Account Executive in Sales working with existing clients and main responsibility is overall account management and client relations including onsite visits to client sites. Patty specializes in product demonstrations and sales pertaining to all Cority product suites.Patty joined Cority in 2007 working as a Client Service Consultant in Professional Services. Patty was responsible for managing and facilitating the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope as well as providing on-going functional and technical support to new and existing clients. Patty has over 11 years of experience in client service and client delivery.During her time at Cority, Patty has worked on a number of implementations ranging from Global to North American and inclusive of large to mid-size clients. Patty has also been contracted to work on special projects for clients to support their internal needs pertaining to the application management of Cority as well as their internal project implementations within their organization.Prior to joining Cority in 2007, she worked for a large HR Consulting Administrative Solutions Firm in Toronto. During this time, Patty worked as an IT Project Coordinator for over 5 years in Quality Assurance and Release Management. She ensured the successful delivery of various business and systems related solutions throughout the overall project lifecycle, in addition to establishing excellent relationships across many different functional and practice areas. She has over 6 years experience as a Client Manager where she was responsible for managing and coordinating the overall delivery of services for her clients.Patty received her Accounting Diploma from Seneca College in 1995.
