With my recent completion of my PhD in Nursing and Health care innovation and years of experience as an Account Director in the payer environment, my objective now is to locate a position as a Clinical Account Director in a pharmaceutical company. My strengths include significant new product experience, having successfully launched 12-15 new products, while growing market share through brand development. As a Senior leader with cross functional experience, I have a solid understanding of the industry’s complex requirements and have demonstrated commercial success translating into immediate and sustained impact. This was achieved by aligning clinical and sales efforts to the strategic direction to achieve competitive advantage, particularly in obtaining both patient access to medications and formulary access in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Specialty Companies.
