About Patricia Evans

As one of the founding principals of Sizeland Evans Interior Design Inc., I am a Licensed Interior Designer through The Alberta Association of Architects and bring over thirty-six years of professional experience to my firm, concentrating primarily on corporate office design and project management. The complexity of clients undergoing partnership changes and mergers has given me unique experience achieving high quality solutions and managing projects while companies are in continual state of change.I have developed programs, space utilization studies, and preliminary cost control reports for corporations in the building-search phase of their project. I have also successfully managed all phases in a diversity of multi-floor projects from initial programming, planning, budget development, through field review, with particular strength in the coordination of engineering and specialized consultants. Further expertise lies in Landlord related coordination, specialized strategies for offices moving into new buildings under construction.My pursuit of continuing education brings local, national and global benchmark knowledge and innovative solutions for emerging office trends. My leadership and creative skills focus on excellence in design, innovative architectural solutions that reflect individual corporate identities, and functional solutions sensitive to facility management issues.
