Placed in charge of key marketplace merchants responsible for 51% of Lazada’s FMCG Commercial business.Category team handling majority of FMCG commercial business, supervises vendor performance team and monitors marketplace performance, having been senior in the category. Accounts handled are the platform's top assortment drivers.

End to End Product Ownership: Evaluated and defined distribution channels for products I handled. I worked with existing distribution channels to improve their effectiveness as well as negotiated arrangements with new distribution channels. Grew Autodesk and Zebra Technologies' Philippine business via growing the distribution channels, conceptualizing marketing campaigns, managing the product line inventory.

Sales and Account Management: Based in Singapore, I built business for Distexpress by identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating, and closing sales.The role required heavy engagement with Philippines resellers for Distexpress’ distributed OEM brands such as Macmosphere, Halo and Switcheasy. I was placed in charge of starting up, nurturing as well as expanding the Philippine market thru appointing key resellers and the same time creating the market pull via end-user targeted marketing campaigns utilizing different media platforms.
