Through Curbside Express, has frequently led the department, resolved customer issues, trained numerous employees, and is responsible for closing the department. This position also requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to manage 10+ employees each shift.

Through this position, I worked in all areas of the Loyola University Chicago bookstore. This included picking and fulfilling textbook orders, shelving books, utilizing a POS system, and organizing new products. This role also increased my knowledge on academic texts, as well as gave me the opportunity to assist incoming students on their academic journey.

Worked alongside the digital team in order to provide a smooth user experience across all digital platforms. This role honed skills in copy editing, social media, marketing, and research. This position also had a strong emphasis on creating narratives specifically targeted towards young adults.

Worked at Ireland's 10 Pub, an on campus pub ran by Loyola Limited (a student run and managed company). In this position, I was solely responsible for effectively running the pub during shifts. This involved serving customers, managing events held in the space, taking inventory, assisting in marketing techniques, and closing the pub when necessary.

Worked to create and implement a fundraising plan, create a branding campaign, and mobilize others to advocate for those in poverty at a global scale.

Participant on the marketing and communications track. Attended weekly meetings to gain valuable skills in areas surrounding marketing. In these weekly meetings, worked in a small group to complete assignments related to each weeks material. At the end of the program, worked in a team to create and then present a summary of the group's work over the course of the program. Upon the completion of this program, relieved the Accelerate Program Marketing and Communications virtual badge.
