Zumba Gold is a Latin type of music for dancing exercise that is geared to the seasoned senior, or those who are out of shape and need to get started. It works all muscle groups as you dance to the rhythm of the music. I work their arms, abs, booty, and legs with routines of the different songs. It's a fun and happy way to exercise without realizing you are exercising.
