Product Owner
CurrentAs the Product Owner of ConSol, one of the Flagship products at Yarris, I have a high level of involvement in nearly everything to do with the Product. Having worked with it for over 10 years, and for much of that time as the Lead BA involved in Product extension and growth, I am a product expert. I work with our Architects to define the roadmap for long and short-term future development, our Sales team to develop strategies to consolidate Product identity and extend market penetration, our Customer Support team to assist with the 'stickier' issues, our QA team to define and maintain our high level of quality and our Developers to ensure their understanding of new requirements. I am a member of the Yarris' Operational Leadership team, not only to represent my product in all Operational matters but to also provide input into any discussion based on my experience over many years in the business.
