Along with sales, I loved the work I did as Manager of the Wabash Rig-Program. As a body builder, we partnered with truck dealerships to rig up trucks for potential customers. This puts “ready to work” Tank Trucks on the lot. In the program, I worked with the dealerships to coordinate the truck orders with the tank builds, and looked after the logistics of moving the truck through the supply chain to produce a completed unit. In that process, I work with CBSA, Transport Canada, custom brokerage services, schedulers, engineering staff, quality control, and various other departments. Once complete, I was ready to sell the tank trucks, along with highway tanker trailers, pups, and quad wagons.
