Respnsible for full cycle recruitment of IT contract employees at Fidelity Investments. Responsibilities included sourcing and interviewing candidates, rate negotiations, reference/background checks, prepping candidates for face to face interviews with hiring managers, extending offers, new hire paperwork. Responsible for resolution of all HR/ER issues associated with contract employees. Provided on-going feedback to employees regarding work performance, extensions, rate increases, reassignment/redeployment and terminations. Partnered with Hiring Managers across the IT organization on a regular basis to discuss employees’ performance and resolve any ER issues as well as rate increases, terminations, contract extensions. Also worked closely with managers to forecast future needs and candidate pipelines. Disciplines recruited on include but are not limited to Java, .Net, Oracle, Mainframe, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Production Support, and SQA Engineers in a Financial Services environment. Candidates were sourced from an existing candidate database (Taleo), internal referrals, and a wide variety of Internet candidate sourcing sites and user groups. Built and maintained an active pipeline of candidates for various disciplines.Responsible for compliance with established company policies and procedures, as well Regulatory requirements provided by local, state and federal laws and guidelines including Worker's Compensation, FMLA, Unemployment, Account Management Systems, FLSA, 1099 and immigration regulations.As a senior team member involved in several site projects including Employee Retention and Employee Recognition programs.
