* Preparation of gross-to-net budget, forecast, month-ends, analysis of results vs Last Year and Budget, Profit and Loss by Product and Customer and Balance Sheet.* Collection monitoring, account reconciliations, credit analysis, discount control and dispute clearance. Achieve AR objective, reconciliation with clients, recovery of portfolio and negotiation of payments with customers.* Delivered financial oversight and advice to Sales Team to improve strategic planning. *Budget elaboration for all categories and channels of the company for MEXCAM Cluster (MX/CR/GT/PA/SV/HN/BO): investments in TS, investments in Advertising and Promotions, functional expenses, exports, analysis and closing reports vs LY and Budget. Price and cost corrections helping to improve Profit Margin.* Financial evaluations of new launches (MEA), 1-5 years sales projection, Delivery Profit Margin, Return of Investment, Cluster list price increases. Delivered financial oversight and advice to marketing team to improve strategic planning.

* Preparation of Budget and revisions, month end and analysis of results vs Last Year and Budget to report to Headquarters.* Financial evaluations of new product launches for Headquarters Marketing Team, as well as initiatives to execute with clients for Sales Team.* Control, analysis and reporting of Advertising & Promotions.
