I have provided legal services in the area of employment law including individual representation, collaborative negotiation and mediation in areas such as unemployment compensation, employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, whistle blower protection, wrongful termination as well as discrimination in education and public accommodations and defamation. I have represented public and private sector employees. Please note that presently I do not litigate such disputes except in association with others. I also provided a full range of services --legal research, writing of motions and briefs, memo, investigation and witness interviewing to other legal services professionals on employment law topics.

Responsible for program planning for workshops on legal issues affecting visual, performing and literary artists. Provide information and referral to members of the community needing legal advice in the areas of copyright, consignment contracts and other issues.
