I managed the human and economic resources taking into account the multidisciplinar and international character of the projects. I organized meetings and social events. I organized housing, residency permits for teams of around 30 persons and coordinate everything regarding the life abroad in Spain (September2012-August2013), Turkey (September2013-March2015) and China (June2016-February2017). I also get involved in the design, development and daily operation of the projects.I assisted in the negotiation of international contracts with the suppliers and counterparts. I made the link between the technical, financial and management areas; I followed up the relation with our suppliers and counterparts in Spain, Turkey, the Netherlands, Germany, United States, China and Singapore.

I designed new projects that promote independent Mexican literature around the world by partnering with foreign editorials. I followed up the relations with our counterparts in Spain and Costa Rica. I arranged social and cultural events such as book presentations, meetings with writters, university conferences, above others.

I executed artistic projects. I planned and executed tour guides for kids and the schools that visited the museum. I participated in the valuation and interpretation of works of art. I assisted on the exhibition organizations in Mexico and abroad such as the temporal exhibition “Mexican Modern Painting from Andres Blaisten Collection” in Phoenix Art Museum and San Diego Museum of Art (US); and the temporal exhibition “Denuncia Gráfica: Realidades contrastantes en el México del siglo XX” in the Blaisten Collection Museum, Tlatelolco Cultural University Center.
