Ensure collaboration between Global function and HR partners in other regions.

Led a team of HR professionals and delivered HR services for the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain function. Responsible for day-to-day operation including compensation planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and career planning initiatives for high-potential talent, conducting workshops for people leaders in order to improve leadership capabilities, managing salaried productivity plans, and facilitating organizational restructuring to support downsizing.

Managed programs and processes for an expatriate population of over 1,200 employees. Responsible for policy development and administration, vendor management, performance metrics and providing consulting services to field HR business partners, functional leaders and expatriates. Process leader for development and implementation of regional expatriate administration centers which included integration of expatriate administration activities in Europe and North America, creation of RFQ, vendor selection and transition of services.

Led a team of salaried employees as well as outsourced vendor providers. Administered GM's expatriate tax program and processes for a population of over 1,200 expatriates. Responsibilities included expatriate tax policy development, hypothetical tax program management, expatriate payroll and administration.
