I am an impactful leader in the aerospace sector with deep passions for technology strategy, product development, new business growth, and integration with higher education. My contributions have shaped Boeing's presence in vertical lift advanced concepts, critical new business wins, and technology strategy for manned and unmanned vertical lift. I also led projects and investment strategies to bring complementary technologies in visioning systems, Improvised Explosive Device Defeat, electric air vehicles, and advanced structures and manufacturing. I have a long-standing commitment to higher education, which I progress through volunteer activities at Penn State, US Military Academy, Naval Academy, and Air Force Academy. I earned a BSME, MSME, and PhD from Penn State and have continued my involvement as the Boeing Executive Focal for Penn State. I was selected as an Alumni Fellow in 2018, College of Engineering Commencement Speaker in 2017, and an Outstanding Engineering Alumnus. I am a member of the American Helicopter Society, American Society for Engineering Education, previously served on the Board of Trustees for the American Helicopter Museum and Education Center, and am active in the Boeing Women in Leadership affiliate group.
