Responsible for the payroll accounting and processing data transfer interfaces from HR to Finance system and the reconciliation of the Employee Related Liability Accounts.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll interfaces.•Responsible for the balancing and review of all output, investigation and correction of errors associated with the auditing of payroll data.•Responsible of the rebilling of payroll and payroll related costs between legal entities.•Responsible of the maintenance of the accruals for all payroll related costs, (third party payments, SS, Taxes, etc...).•Responsible of the Payroll account reconciliation: ERL accruals, social, security, taxes, prepaid….•Reporting of employee related cost queries•Prepare payroll movement's schedule•Maintenance of cost centers in HR system•Handle restructuring programs•Prepare manual Journal Entry Vouchers for month end closing (bank clearings, accruals reversals, year-end adjustments, etc…)•HR system testing in relation to payroll country legal requirements and labor agreements•Participate in HR projects as needed•Prepare calls with legal entity Controller for the quarterly reconciliation review.

First in Accounts Payable Department: Handling Outside Accounts Payable invoices for the different European entities that have been centralized in FSC and being responsible of the related accounts maintaining internal controls and data integrity. See below tasks descriptions:- To effectively handle invoices – including the processing of the invoices in the different SAP/R3 systems – leading to a smooth and accurate payment process- To perform the A/P accounting tasks in a fully documented way- To perform the monthly reconciliation activities (including reconciliation of accounts assigned to Accounts Payable) according to internal control standards- Provide support to and answer queries from vendors and internal customers- Support activities leading to the improvement of the effectiveness/quality of the BRRP processOngoing dialogue with the different internal customers at the Sites (mainly from Sourcing and Finance), external customers (vendors) and the different services groups in the Finance Service Center (AR, Inter Company, Treasury).
