I directly supervised eight people in Delivery Information Department with responsibilities that involved yearly budgets, weekly productivity reports, annual evaluations for employees and disciplinary actions when warranted. As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, I had responsibility for the souther part of West Virginia that consisted of 16 delivery centers. Responsibilites involved reseraching and investigating claims of loss that would involve employee theft , COD kiting, reports of impropriety by drivers and administrative staff as well as working with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in their investigations that involved UPS packages in our system.
