About Patricia Yoesting

Pursued a degree in Kinesiology that led to being a Physical Therapist Assistant. Following working as a physical therapist assistant in the Austin area, a position opened to join Silverado Memory Care. Having seen first hand how the quality of resident care at Silverado is far superior than other communities, a career change was easy. Currently working as a Director of Resident Engagements planning day to day activities for residents with dementia. Engagements Director job duties include but are not limited to: managing budgets, coordinating a small team, providing information on resident care to interdisciplinary team and ongoing education to all associates. Achievements: Participated in a research study for exercise effects of those with Parkinson’s while at TWU. Nominated class representative and helping hands while in PTA school. Graduated valedictorian from PTA school. Currently working in Administrator in Training program with Silverado Memory Care.
