I am a life-long Performer/Entertainer, Educator, Project Manager, Communication & Team-building Workshop Facilitator with extensive Leadership experience as a high-impact contributor across diverse sectors, such as Musical Theatre Director, Band Leader and Private Event Consultant.As a former educator, workshop leader, director and event organizer, I have become adept at handling tasks and people with equal dexterity and I thrive within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. I am accustomed to wearing many different hats, from overall Drama Performance management and fundraising, to the logistics of supervision of talent and crew and catering to up to 800 clients. As a Theatre Director, I have successfully directed 6 major musicals and over 50 smaller productions. 
As an in-house Corporate Video Director I have successfully led hundreds of clients to reach their goals in overcoming stage fright to become rockstars with their public speaking and presentation styles.
