You always remember the teachers who took the time for you and made a lasting impression on your life.Teaching is my passion. I think there is great beauty in the sharing of knowledge, and with ESL I am not only sharing knowledge but creating opportunities for cross-cultural connection. I have worked with people of all ages, from elite athletes to primary school students and in every job I can say that the person I was teaching taught me something as well. Recently, I was able to strengthen my leadership skills as a Coordinator in Outside School Hours Care. Every day saw its challenges, but with the help of my team and the relationships we had developed with the students, it was possible to overcome them. That is how I would describe teaching: building relationships.
