I have a passion for helping others, especially children with life-threatening illnesses, and I use my skills in database management, communication, and administration to support the mission of Make A Wish El Paso. I also value lifelong learning and self-improvement. As a volunteer database and administrative coordinator at Make A Wish El Paso, I manage the donor database, communicate with volunteers, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the referral and eligibility forms. I also run monthly reports, provide data to the program director, and submit project reports on time. I have developed proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, MP2, and Four Rivers TMS software, as well as HIPAA, healthcare, and medical billing knowledge. I am fluent in Spanish and French, and I have received multiple honors for my academic achievements.
