With over 27 years of experience in various roles in the retail, hospitality and food service industry, I am currently a Transportation Coordinator at PFG Customized, a leading distributor of food and supplies to restaurants and institutions. As a certified customer service professional (CCSP), I handle Driver payroll, data entry, and scheduling backhauls for the transportation department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. I also have skills in group sales, hospitality and reservations, inventory and pricing controls, and customer service which I gained from my previous positions as a Bakery Manager in Training at ShopRite, Manager at A&M Farm and Garden Center, Payroll Manager at Six Flags Corporation as well as a Reservations supervisor at Hyatt Hotels. I am passionate about delivering quality service and products to our clients, and I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team that shares the same mission and values. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the fast-paced and dynamic food service industry.
