I started my career at 16, like all young people, looking for independence. By the time I was 17, I had already been promoted and was leading a team of other younger girls. Today, almost two years after joining WDC, I'm a senior executive with nearly 20 years of experience in IT and telecommunications. During my career, I've had the opportunity to work from Brazil and serve several Latin American countries, which has allowed me to get to know different cultures, professionals, and markets.‌From the beginning of my career, I fell in love with strategy and communication, as they offer great opportunities to help companies grow. As a result, I've worked in various areas such as alliances, marketing, indirect sales, channel and partnership development, and communications for medium and large organizations with national and global operations.I sought to specialize in a segment as a differentiator, and to that end I focused on technology, both IT and Telecom, which gave me the opportunity to pursue a career with large companies in these markets, helping them with positioning, image building, business generation support, ecosystem relationships, as well as market share.
