She focuses on purpose, and taking what is to where her clients want it to be. She is particularly motivated in working with clients who are ready to think out-of-the box for innovative solutions. Coming from the medical and development world honed her ability to work in high-stress and difficult situations. Whether running an orthopedic clinic in Sudan for Doctors without Borders during the Ethiopian Civil War, or developing 25 maternal and child care centers in the outskirts of Bombay, India, she has learned to get things done in the toughest surroundings among highly diverse cultures.As a coach mentor and supervisor Patricia is also looking for innovative approaches to boost her mentee's and supervisee's potential. From the "doing" focus of mentoring to the "being" focus of supervision, she is eager to share the depth and breath of all that coaching can bring.
