Business Development Proposal Manager
CurrentActing as a resource for Sales & Marketing, a Business Development Proposal Manager supports the growth activities of the company. This includes coordinating the end-to-end sales proposal process through focused development of customer specific solutions. They work with subject matter experts to develop targeted, technically accurate content. It also includes the management of multiple sales collateral assignments including creation of proposal documents and presentation decks, industry and competitor research, and authoring case studies. Business Development Proposal Managers are focused on the customer experience with Kenco, beginning with marketing and sales processes. A key function of this role is the continuous improvement of these processes and applicable collateral. The Business Development Manager supports the Director of Strategic Development in the execution of various strategic plan and project deliverables, including our annual Voice of the Customer process.
