As an Operations Leader:- Serve as an operations leader for large companies in the Telecommunications, Energy, and Software Sales markets.- Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners.- Focus on Human Resources, Payroll, and Attendance Control processes.- Specialize in Brazilian payroll legislation and attendance control rules, including Portaria 1015.- Have experience with RM, LG, and ADP (Streamline) systems.- Manage operational teams, with 8 people in payroll and 32 people in attendance control, located in different locations such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Manaus, and Buenos Aires.- Responsible for payroll processing for 1,500 employees and attendance control processes for approximately 16,000 employees.- Review, enhance, and report SLAs and KPIs through monthly dashboards or using tools like Power BI.- Implement the eSocial program, serving as a consultant and providing support for the client's internal process review, managing changes in the process, reviewing and defining the employee and client data cleanup process, and being responsible for defining, validating, and implementing schedules to meet the legal eSocial project implementation dates.- Act as support for clients in the implementation of new programs and policies that will impact payroll.- Manage payroll data entry through partner payroll systems.

I was a Contractor at Accenture Brasil as Project and HR Manager. I was a Project Manager at one of the newest engagements at BPO Company. I was a startup team member of this new company, first as an HR Coordinator and now I’m the project manager. My responsibilities are all the administrative routines, implementation of new processes and financial analysis.
