Provide enterprise wide support for the Perceptive Content Application (Enterprise Document Repository) supporting various lines of business including: Corporate Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Corporate Procurement. Responsible includes the following: Production Support, Infrastructure Design, Application Customization, User Training and Vendor Management. Design and implement monitoring solutions for Enterprise Monitoring, which monitors 11k+ network devices, 4k+ servers and 1k+ databases. Develop and support critical applications which integrate with the paging system and incident management tool (BMC Remedy). Through the use of customized Java API scrips and customized audit scripts, install and upgrade HP BSM application and BPM pollers (Versions 7 through 9.4). Train and support end users. Create documentation to facilitate navigation and administration for application users. Installed monitoring agents, analyzed problems and performed troubleshooting. Used HP OpenView, NNM and Concord NetWork Health to implement and administer monitoring tools. Evaluated customer needs and MIBs and designed new monitoring templates to address them. Generated scripts which facilitated the dumping of monitoring data to support SLAs in compliance with customer contracts.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Developed custom scripts to audit the monitoring environment.Developed custom scripts and PL/SQL queries which pulled from the HP OpenView database.

Developed custom scripts to extract data from the OpenView database and to audit the monitoring environment.
