Much of my career has been dedicated to advocating for Labor rights by educating the workforce on effective strategies for contract negotiations, arbitration, organizing techniques and social justice reforms. By skillfully leveraging my leadership ability and strong business acumen, I drive operational excellence and power initiatives to invigorate business and foster a growth-oriented culture. Since joining Unionsearch.org in 2019, revenues have doubled each year as we continue to provide clients with excellent results in finding qualified candidates to fill high profile roles for unions, non-profits, social justice organizations and labor-side law firms. In addition to my love for Labor, I am passionate about challenging people to develop habits and structure for long-term personal fitness. I try to model what active aging looks like so they see fitness as a lifelong journey.
