Directly responsible for the development, implementation, communication, and monitoring of all compliance, accreditation, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities (CARF, OH MHAS, HIPAA, and Agency standards). Directs, analyses, and summarizes clinical record reviews and costumer and referral source satisfaction surveys. Provides monthly quantitative performance analysis of key data indicators for direct service providers and recommends remediation action plans to correct deficiencies to appropriate supervisors and senior management. Provides quarterly and annual quantitative performance analysis of direct service providers to identify trends, potential risks, and develop strategies to improve the compliance, quality, and performance of direct service providers. Works closely with the Business Office, Personnel Department, Clinical Coordinators, and Senior Management to coordinate information and participate in strategic planning for the agency. Directly responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the direct service provider incentive program.

Directly responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the NextGen EHR and EPM system. Serves as the liaison to PartnerSolutions and Topaz. Developed training material, agency manuals, and responsible for training new and established employees in the NextGen EHR and EPM system. Analyzes and monitors EHR processes pertaining to billing, template usage, report generation, and data extraction. Developed agency policy for operating strategies, plans, and procedures regarding electronic health records.

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental and emotional disorders and conditions at an individual level.Responsibilities include appropriate documentation, treatment planning, in-house psychiatric and chemical dependency referrals, connecting clients to community resources, working with treatment teams, administering inventories, and interacting with various social systems in providing treatment.
