CurrentAs the Senior Vice President of Operational and Organizational Development at Express Employment International, I oversee the Operational and Organizational Development teams at our international headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK. These teams ensure successful development and implementation of efficient and effective systems and programs to meet current and future needs of the organization.The Operational and Organizational Development teams' primary focus is achieving operational excellence for the organization at both an operational and organizational level. This is achieved through different avenues including:•Advising on HR matters at Express Employment International as well as for the associates placed through one of our 800+ franchise offices. This includes policies, employee systems, and the new hire processes. •Onboarding, performance management and professional development training for all Express Employment International employees.•Managing benefits for Express Employment International employees and supporting franchisees with associate benefits programs.•Creating and disseminating all internal communications within the organization for successful adoption and execution.•Managing the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) which manages, documents, tracks, and drives projects and programs from conception to completion for Express Employment Professionals enterprise wide.
