I am a senior executive and advisor with 20+ years of experience, including deep expertise in higher education, state, and local government, not-for-profit, transportation, and logistics. I started my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their ERP practice. I have held Executive IT positions at Columbia University, Descartes Systems Group, Sea-Land Services (Maersk), and Spruce Technology.I use a collaborative approach by engaging stakeholders in developing and executing change management strategies while aligning individuals, processes, and technologies to increase adoption and motivate teams. I have a track record of advancing teams to successful outcomes through a results-oriented and inclusive approach. Most recently, I developed and led a leadership development program for a large government agency that was designed to strengthen and empower the leadership team through the development and facilitation of comprehensive leadership programming, covering areas such as strategic planning, cross-functional network building, emotional intelligence, coaching and feedback, and development of personal leadership style. I have a diverse Technology background with expertise in Program Management, IT Strategy and Alignment, Business Process Redesign, and Organization Transformation.
