From November 2008 to December 2011- In November 2008 I was invited to assume the Training and Development Department, having as main tasks the planning, design and implementation of strategies of learning and development for the employees. I was also an interlocutor with the AXA Group Corporate University, implementing the concept locally, leading the creation of AXA Academy in Portugal. I Customized and implemented a new e-learning tool, as the internal channel of learning. I was also responsible for the Health and Safety at Work Department.During this period we can highlight as achievements the changes in the training concept, including information sharing, such as "Talks with the Author" or virtual knowledge sharing, such as the new online site, which allowed not only democratizing contents, but also watch videos, participate in chats and forums. As a result we can highlight a growing satisfaction with the possibilities of internal development at the company (measured by the corporative instrument - Scope – with an increase of 7 points), as well as improved satisfaction and applicability of training initiatives (internal evaluation instruments). I was responsible for the articulation of a substantive partnership with a local University, starting the first graduation course of the company, in their facilities. I also contribute to the implementation of the behavioral sigma in the attendance service, through a project that integrated continuous assessment, coaching and training. I was responsible for budgets ranging from 700 thousand Euros to 1.5 million Euros.

From April 2006 to November 2008 – In April 2006 I was invited to direct Human Resources Business Partner Department. I was responsible for implementing this model in the company. This involved the transversal coordination of the several processes and systems inherent in their functioning, as performance management, succession, compensation, recognition, internal and international mobility. Also, during this period, I was responsible for the area of Personnel Management, involving Benefits, Compensation, Absenteeism and Occupational Health.During this period it is worth mentioning a deep change in the professional profile, in order to make the department more generalist, keeping the quality of service (measured by the social climate corporate instrument). During this period, some processes were also implemented in order to improve the HR metrics, such as the new compensation system which was based on bands. It was also carried out a website for consultation of the total compensation, as one online requests system (with Tracking Outlook). During this period I was responsible for the overall budget of HR.

From April 2001 to April 2006 – I joined AXA as HR Development Manager, where I had international recruitment projects, responsibility for conducting the process of social climate analysis and building actions aimed at improvement. In addition I coordinated and developed a tool (with the IT Department) for the Performance Cycle Management, encompassing the construction of Objectives and Performance Evaluation, and subsequently I supported the expansion of this system for others AXA’s Entities around the Mediterranean. During one year also garnered the role of Black Belt.We did an internal segmentation, identified youngest and managers with high potential, having created different development strategies for these groups. Afterward, we made a connection between these segments and the corporate responsibility, having, for example, invited young people with high potential to write and represent a play about the theme in the company.

I was Training Analyst in GRUPO UNIDOS, which had many customers in retail and in banking. I joined the training staff and collaborated in the definition and implementation of the Training Plan. I had an important performance as "Learning Facilitator" in the project "Training for Answering Calls," which also included a new software implementation and made possible the knowledge of all branches in the several States of Brazil. I also had the opportunity to collaborate and subsequently to assume the coordination of the ISO 9000 certification process. Later, I participated in maintenance involving the internal audits structuring and monitoring. I also participated in the preparation of communication materials, campaigns and Internal Marketing.

I was HR Analyst and was responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the Recruitment and Selection. A highly technical recruitment with collaboration of external and internal partners. During this period I also contributed to the structuring and successful implementation of Training Plan.

I had the opportunity to make the startup of a own business consultancy, where I had major responsibilities in developing, selling and implementing projects of training, recruitment and selection, and also in supporting Strategic Planning projects.

Experience in a small consultancy company, where I joined as an intern for a year, and then as a junior consultant, participating in some projects, with emphasis on: Recruitment and Selection - Trainee Programs for Citibank; Structuring the Performance Management System and Rules and Salaries in the company “Floresta Supermercados” and Analysis of Flows and Processes in the “Committee of Real State Value”.
