I was also an interlocutor with the AXA Group Corporate University, implementing the concept locally, leading the creation of AXA Academy in Portugal. I Customized and implemented a new e-learning tool, as the internal channel of learning. I was also responsible for the Health and Safety at Work Department.During this period we can highlight as achievements the changes in the training concept, including information sharing, such as "Talks with the Author" or virtual knowledge sharing, such as the new online site, which allowed not only democratizing contents, but also watch videos, participate in chats and forums. As a result we can highlight a growing satisfaction with the possibilities of internal development at the company (measured by the corporative instrument - Scope – with an increase of 7 points), as well as improved satisfaction and applicability of training initiatives (internal evaluation instruments). I was responsible for the articulation of a substantive partnership with a local University, starting the first graduation course of the company, in their facilities. I also contribute to the implementation of the behavioral sigma in the attendance service, through a project that integrated continuous assessment, coaching and training. I was responsible for budgets ranging from 700 thousand Euros to 1.5 million Euros. -
