Greetings! I My name is Patricia and I would describe myself as senior leader in operations, project management and change management. For the past 15 years I have served the nonprofit world in a number of roles, but strategy and operations have been the common thread in my career. Strategic organizational development has always been a passion of mine and I actively seek opportunities to be involved for the greater good of the organization I serve. Whether it be through special events planning, analyzing large data sets for research and grants or project managing the launch of a new website, I thoroughly enjoy the challenges of stakeholder and project management while also seeking to be efficient in my execution. Additionally, I have been honored to work cross functionally to deliver the best solutions to these challenges while considering both the short term and long-term implications. From 2017 to 2022, I served as the infrastructure lead at the NYU McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research. In this inaugural position, I led the strategic operations of multiple multi-million-dollar contracts from the New York State government which led to the creation of multiple websites, databases, reporting systems and advanced apis to integrate data for both programming and internal continuous quality improvement. My contributions to these initiatives led to statewide adoption and multiple renewals of our funding from New York State. Notably, in the height of the pandemic, I led all efforts to transform all programming into a fully digital experience and upgrade our organizational capacity to execute with minimal disruption to the 1,000+ behavioral health providers we served. More recently, I was awarded the Project Management Professional Certificate from the internationally recognized Project Management Institute. In terms of education, I completed the National Urban Fellows Leadership program and received my Master’s in Public Administration from CUNY Baruch College in 2011. I also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University, along with multiple advanced certificate degrees in health care, nonprofit leadership and project management. I love to learn and am always up for a new challenge! As a first generation American and college graduate, I am a firm believer in education, college access and mentoring. I am always open to meeting for coffee (albeit virtually nowadays), connecting others and helping any way that I can. Want to connect? Feel free to DM me!
