I joined Servisource in 2003 with a total of four staff and one office. I was a vital link in setting up the office network regionally as it grew to 70+ staff nationwide. As Office Manager I was responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our HO in Dundalk and four Regional Offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway & Sligo. A virtual office in the UK and Daycare Centre in Cavan. I also managed the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 across all offices and was main point of contact for all Management & Staff. I have a natural flare for IT and organised several office moves, layout changes, new workstations, phones, network connections, patch panels etc. and troubleshooted any problems that arose with ease. CPL acquired Servisource in 2010 and I was the main contact between their IT department based in Dublin and our HO. I worked very successfully in conjunction with their team to initially integrate their software and hardware, supplier changeovers etc. I continued to work alongside them to resolve any local issues that arose on a day to day basis in an efficient and professional manner. I am very proactive and have excellent organisational and time management skills which were demonstrated in the smooth and efficient operation of each office. I have strong initiative and attention to detail with excellent communication and people management skills. I'm a competent and conscientious person and take great pride in my work. I'm very approachable at all times and enjoyed sharing my knowledge with my colleagues in order to improve efficiency and streamline their day to day activities.
