I learned to transform complex business challenges into innovative, effective strategies. I have created award-winning integrated campaigns, specialising in crisis management, brand marketing, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting. Additionally, I have diverse experience as a radio presenter, event host, art gallerist, curator, and writer. A significant career milestone was joining FleishmanHillard in 2018, where I led the Manila office. My tenure saw substantial growth, including a number of promotions, assignments to regional and global roles, and memberships in leadership teams. FH Manila office's revenue increased by 300%, staff expanded significantly, and we gained numerous industry accolades, including being shortlisted for PR Agency Head of the Year.I moved to Singapore with BCW, focusing on business development, client services, and DEI. In mid-2023, I started a new chapter at Bud Communications as its Client Services Director where, after a year, I'm now their General Manager. It's been a very interesting journey with no signs of slowing down and I'm even more energised to solve problems and promote growth for the teams and brands I work with.
