I performed a full range of administrative support for property managers. Managed the standby letter of credit portfolio. Assist with all facets of customer support; miscellaneous inquiries, information on properties available. Monitor payments, reports preparation, clearance of property violations. KYC/AML and client screenings (OFAC, PEP, Negative News).

I provided support to loan officers by gathering loan documents and processing renewals, posting payments of principal and interest. I maintained and organized files in order to meet the bank's standards. I provided customer service and assistance to internal and external customers.

• Responsible for processing all steps of Import, Export and Standby Letters of Credit.• Booked/Reviewed direct pay letters of credit and reviewed reimbursement agreements for billing set up and payment of interest accrued to trustees.• Review and revise letter of credit language to minimize risk to bank and customer.• Perform follow up for auto renewing letters of credit to obtain appropriate approval and, when appropriate, send notices of non-renewal to beneficiaries.• Provide first and second examination of documents under letters of credit on large amounts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.• Reconciliation of general ledgers within department.• Investigations to resolve customer issues on a timely basis.• Assist in conversion to an upgraded letter of credit system.• Assist in transferring standby letter of credit portfolio to the BB&T network.
