I was 8 years old when I realized that I wanted to change the world so I decided to become a lawyer to achieve it.That is why I graduated in Law (2000) and practiced as a lawyer for more than twenty years. I dedicated a large part of my professional practice to fighting for the rights of buyers against the abuses committed by developers. Almost a war. I didn't manage to change the world, but I did change some minds and judicial decisions. Not at all bad.I also tried from the third sector. I was volunteer in different associations and foundations in Malaga, participating in entertainment and communication tasks and training in ESG and social journalism. I learned much more than I could give.In October 2022 I began an incredible adventure: being (substitute) university teacher of Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law. I taught Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Criminal Mediation (courses 22/23 and 23/24). Unfortunately, the episode concluded in March 2024. This experience has fascinated me and I miss the students. I keep my goal of changing the world, although now I am trying from another exciting trench. In November 2023, I entered the PhD School of the University of Malaga and began writing my doctoral thesis on the prosecution of the crime of misappropriation, under the guidance of my dear colleague and friend, Milagros López Gil, Professor of Procedural Law from the Malaga Law School.Thanks to each of the persons who accompany me in my peculiar ditch, whether shooting with me at the enemy, offering me a hot soup or playing cards during my free time.
