As the division president of WD-40 Company’s Americas region, I oversee operations throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America. And while my history has afforded me significant opportunities in branding, marketing, innovation, general management and more, I consider myself an explorer and constant learner who is fueled by the desire to continuously make myself and others better. As the youngest of six children, I was taught early on about the value of hard work, grit, and perseverance in pursuit of one’s goals and to fulfill a larger vision and purpose. Today, I serve others by sharing my knowledge and learnings to empower them to grow and succeed. I believe the most impactful leaders guide with a steady hand and positive mentorship, even when faced with difficult, chaotic, or uncertain times. In turn, I learn a tremendous amount from others and believe it’s critical to listen with the intent of being influenced. By putting these philosophies into action I strive to uphold the values deeply embedded within WD-40 Company: to create positive lasting memories in all our relationships and to make things better than they are today.
