With over 15 years experience in Administration and Operations, I'm an organization junkie and expert multi-tasker -- I never get more done than when I'm juggling what seems like too many things because I thrive on that kind of controlled chaos (there's a reason they say if you want something done, give it to a busy person!). I'm also a huge believer in process improvement and leveraging the talents and skills of your team to maximize not only their productivity, but how much they enjoy their work when it is tailored to their strengths. Team building and morale are such a critical component of overall wellness and I love having the chance to be a part of developing that aspect of a company culture. I'm the kind of person who rarely, if ever, says no when someone needs help and who firmly believes the answer or solution can always be found if you're willing to put in the work to find it. I've also found that there's no experience or skill you can't gain if you're flexible, open to trying new things, and determined to tackle whatever needs to be done in the moment.And as if that didn't keep me busy enough -- I'm also one half of author Riley Rhys.
