Patricia is a full time therapist with FOCUS Residential, working with adults who are struggling with depression, bipolar, mood disorders, co-occurring anxiety disorder, co-occurring personality disorders and co-occurring substance use disorder. In this role, Patricia provides individual therapy, DBT skills groups and family therapy. Patricia also provides case management by setting up aftercare service, including in home, step down and outpatient appointments. As FOCUS West Allis is a new location using the established Oconomowoc program, Patricia has been able to use her experience to help set up the new location. She had helped with program schedule, program work flows and safety procedures. Patricia has also helped with training and supporting other staff members under the FOCUS model.
