We practice in the areas of Elder Law with an emphasis on Medicaid Planning and Construction Law. Our Elder Law practice includes all facets of Elder Law including Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, Revocable Trusts, Guardianships, Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Special Needs Trusts. Our construction law practice includes all facets of construction law including such areas as construction litigation, contract review, contract negotiation, professional liability defense with an emphasis on architect/engineer liability, general liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, and other business and corporate disputes. Admitted in the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
